My family has already sent our xbox's in to microsoft 6 times within 2 years. i think they need to be held accountable. if they didnt know about the problems then how would they have know to magically put the rings on the console as well as the e74-e68 etc. error messages. this is nonsense. if you have any complaints please sign the petition. thanks icemanktfo
