Kevin Guadalupe | I had no idea such natural history even existed in Nevada until observing the youtube video. These sites must be protected and brought to the public's attention. Vegas is lacking a community identity and sense of self besides casinos. A conservation plan…maybe even a mueseum is exactly what the community needs!
Doug Shore | The fossils need a home.
James Shibler | This area is important to the understanding of the geology and history of Las Vegas.
Hal B. Rager | The loss of Tule Springs would be tragic. It is a landmark in the history of American Archaeology and paleontology of the Desert West. I am a Las Vegas local and actively support the creation of this NCA.
Elisabeth Fuller-Morales |
Jeanie W Geiser | I am proud to be a part of the preservation of our Las Vegas Valley!
James Porter | I remove more trash from these beautiful lands than I ever have before, I feel it is all of our responsibility. If only people would be more considerate, and treat our land as if it were their living room or back yards.
Tim Finkelstein | The paleological significance of this site is only beginning to be understood, it must be protected to ensure that it may be fully explored, studied and enjoyed by and for future generations.

Nicole Zeipelt | Today too many cities are destroying the things that make them great, this is a part of history that once destroyed you can never get back. Areas like this need to be preserved, it is a great tool to teach kids about the amazing history of our planet. It is also important to keep areas like this intact for the ecological balance that our planet needs in order to be sustainable. The last thing that our town needs is more needless houses and strip malls. It is not about how much money that is made, but about preserving our planets heritage.

Leonie Mowat | I truly feel the governing agencies need to preserve the paleontologically historical and ecological region that encompasses the Upper Las Vegas Wash. Creating a regulated park that serves to educate and inspire will both protect the area for future generations and bring wold class scholars to the region.
