    Comments: With an individual's now unparalleled ability to do constructive research, oftentimes, patients become more versed in their own condition than the actual doctor. Allowing a patient to access data creates an environment where the cardiologist is actually assisted by the patient in a "team treatment" scenario. There is no reason a patient shouldn't be allowed to see their own data.
