   Comments: I was a very loyal Blackberry users since they came out. I bought my 1st iPhone in June. I absolutely love it as it blows away the BB in every aspect except for not being able to customize themes, ringers etc. I would always change my themes on my BB. My last BB (Storm) I actually had an Appleberry theme. I am not sure why you can't give us the ability to do these things. You actually could make money off of the themes. I get board with my themes and always spent money for them on the BB. I also don't like the limited choices I have for alerts.

    Comments: Here in Alaska, flexibility in our carriers is paramount, not to mention that our phones are sometimes the ONLY option for internet access - assuming we even have cell phone coverage (check out the maps). I paid for it, it's mine. Now you're telling me how I am allowed to use it? I'm not a three-year-old trying to cross the street, I'm a businesswoman trying to boost the economy. Release the iPhone & let the economy GROW.

    Comments: As a recent convert from NokiA, I am so so surprised at how many custom options that I was so used to with the nokia are non existent on the iPhone 4. For example profiles; I used to have quiet and meeting and pager profiles. These have been on the nokias for 10years, I can't understand why you wouldn't have it?! Another example is to change the email alert sound and also restrict the times that it collects emails say between 8am and 8pm instead of throughout the night when it wakes you up at 2am! Sorry to say but a 3year old Nokia has this...

    Comments: The only reason I jailbreak my iPhone is for winterboard so I can change my theme. Apple should allow this and we shouldn't have to "jailbreak" our phones just to install software not approved by Apple
