Anyone living in Public Housing such as HUD Section 8 or any Subsidized Housing must fill out new paper work listing members and income every three months. Any person in the Home must comply with criminal back-ground checks provide any employment information and submit to drug test every three months. There should be limits to living in public housing 7 years for persons under the age of 65, there needs to be a moratorium on the section 8 program until studies can be done on how the program impacts the neighborhood and community. Senior Citizens would be exempt.

7 years is plenty of time to get back on your feet. people get way too comfortable living off the govt for decades.
