352 Alan SmithThe iPhone app I am working on could have been done a *long* time ago if it weren't for the NDA. Please remove it, it hinders me at nearly every turn.

361 Lance DyasThe NDA amounts to denying your own developers the community needed to learn and you use your platform... it is no longer in beta what is the hold up?

363 Youhei TakahashiNDAがなくなることで たくさんの面白いアプリ誕生の種が広がると思います。 appleには自分で自分の首を絞めないでほしいです。
364 Christopher WrinnNo NDA, especially at the level it currently is, should exist for the Stable release of the iPhone SDK. I can understand for Beta releases, but for Stable it is only stifling productivity in iPhone development.

369 Shane WhiteheadAs a individual developer I rely on the feedback, ideas and support of my fellow developers in the "cloud". Developing on a new platform is hard enough without adding in having to learn a new language.

372 Rob HSimple Direct Media Layer has been ported to iphone, but they are not allowed to release the code to the community because of your NDA. This lib would be the single most useful library of code to allow development of iphone games. Please, atleast make it available to registered iphone devs!
