Add an SD expansion slot to the iPhone

The petition

Apple has always charged a premium price for premium hardware, but now that there is no lower-end, 4 gigabyte iPhone, we feel that Apple should let consumers expand the memory of the 8 gigabyte model. We are requesting that Apple add an SD card slot to the iPhone, which will have a minimal cost impact on the device and make it a better investment for consumers.
