My name is Tommy Deason and I was made to take a plea deal on a charge of misdemeanor theft from a casino that I did not commit and the federal government had no evidence found on me and I even did a voluntary strip search and no evident has never been found on me put my court appointed public defender did not want my case to go to trial so she tricked me into taking a plea to a misdemeanor and all would be okay yet 3 and half years later I can not still find a job because of my conviction in dec, 2010 and I have already served two years on probation all for a crime I did not commit so please sign my petition so I can get my misdemeanor charge of theft expunged so I can find a job Thank You Tommy Deason my e-mail is gandtbulldog@att.net please help me I need A job now to save my home again Thank You.
