Brady Raines takes way too many personal calls a day, at his desk. If he want's to answer personal calls he needs to take them elsewhere, like the Canteen. He also needs to shut his ringer off and set his phone to vibrate so we don't all get the words "I won't give up on us" burned in to our brains. I realize sometimes you need to answer a personal call, but when "I won't give up on us" plays 9-10 times throughout the day, something needs to change.
I have heard other people's phone ring, and mine has before too, but the difference is they aren't ear drum bursting loud. Cell phone companies invented the vibrate feature for people like Brady.
