    Comments: The USC drum major stabs the center of the field at Stanford, Berkeley, Notre Dame, even it's own field on the USC logo. Prohibiting this tradition does not remove any apparent "lack of respect" if that's the motive behind this request, it simply kills tradition and takes the fun out of this crosstown rivalry. Most of all it's childish and unnecessary.
