    Comments: The people who are making the educational cut- backs KNOW that they are scape-goating the students. They KNOW that they are considering themselves first. Perhaps they haven't considered that they essentially are making an investment in future illiteracy and crime. Paradoxally, this greedy attempt to save money will only increase deficits to future taxpayers. Surely, these administrators would not do this to their own children. This is an outrage, and a shameful, short-sided act of cruelty upon the innocent.
