A music representative stated that SNSD might have a sub-unit of 3-4 members, out of nine. It's important that HyoYeon gets in the 3-4, since in the normal SNSD songs, all she gets is a few minutes screening time, with one or two lines to sing. If it's not one or two lines, it's rapping, and sometimes no lines at all. HyoYeon, as all SNSD fans know, has amazing dancing skills, from hip-hop, to popping, and other dances. She's also a skilled rapper, and most of all, a skilled singer. She needs to be noticed. The decision on the unit obviously hasn't been made yet, since it's just a statement, but if it comes around to being reality, we HyoYeon-sided SONES will be ever so ecstatic.
