Are you fed up with how the utility cost seems to jump around. How their explanation never quite seems to be satisfactory. Smart meters that are not so smart. The average household in Ontario is struggling with the Utilities prices. The consumer gets hit with the extra charges for their short coming. All the additional and adjusted charges, including Real Time Billing, seem to come out of nowhere making it hard for families to pay for the fees. As well those that may be able to afford the jumps in cost need to stop the utility from taking hard earned money on a whim. Time to have our provincial government reel in Hydro One. Do more for the consumer than the meagre 10 percent Ontario Clean Energy Benefit. Either give the benefit some meat or force the utility to reduce their costs.
