Please sign my petition to allow a left turn off Hydraulic Road onto Swanson Drive, Charlottesville, Va . The City of Charlottesville has approved a no left turn onto Swanson Drive from Hydraulic Road  by installing  a concrete barrier and no u-turn at the entrance . Clients, residents and employees do not have the freedom to use Swanson Drive as they have for more than 25 years.
