Of course, decency is an issue, but they make radio-friendly edits of popular songs. Get on it Huskervision!Flag

Name: Eric Liegl on Jul 12, 2007Comments: I like the tunnel walk, but the music that is played while the players are warming up is just terrible. There is no way that it fires the players up before the game. I can't stand it, sometimes it just really ruins the mood.Flag

Name: Brandon Nelson on Jul 12, 2007Comments: Please make the music played during the game something relevant to the 21st century! I'm over 50 but I want the newest, loudest, hippest music. I want music to fire up the fans and players. I don't want "Hey Baby," "Louie Louie," "Start Me Up" or any of those other gameday chiches. I would like to hear some techno and some high energy rock that really expresses the emotion of the game at the time.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jul 12, 2007Comments: Please dear God and sweet baby Jesus change the music at memorial stadium. It's not 1980 anymore and the songs being played wouldn't pump up a bunch of kids hopped up on mountain dew and red bull. Let the players choose what they want to hear. As long as it isn't filled with four letter words then I don't see the problem with playing modern music.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jul 12, 2007Comments: The Sirius tunnel walk should stay, but we just need some more "new" music. I think we should mix in some hip-hop/rock music that will appeal to the recruits and get everyone hyped up for the game. This has been a topic on many husker fan boards, and the music needs to get changed. We need to not live in the past. The music might also help the players get more hyped for the game, as well as the student section which is the driving force of the entire crowd. Thank you, and please strongly considerFlag

Name: Anonymous on Jul 12, 2007Comments: Obviously a new sound system would be nice, but the music needs to get upgraded to at least music that has been produced in this decade. Hipper music and probably music the players would enjoy since they are the ones performing.Flag

Name: Sean Murphy on Jul 12, 2007Comments: I have been disappointed in the music selection over the past years, now a days we need more modern music, it gets the crowd and the players pumped up. This will also help with recruiting because the younger generation loves music especially stuff that gets them cranked up. ThanksFlag

Name: Donald Muhr on Jul 12, 2007Comments: Please change the music to something more modern. The music played at Memorial Stadium on game days is absolutely horrible. I feel like I'm living in 1983 and a second rate hair metal band is getting ready to entertain us with their crack rock.Flag

Name: Matt Anderson on Jul 12, 2007Comments: I would really like to see the Huskervision play more up-to-date music that the current PLAYERS and RECRUITS listen to. RAP, R + B, and alternative need to be played more. Potential recruits from the big city have to wonder if Nebraska is against popular music they like. Other schools like USC, Miami, Florida St, Texas are not playing all 80's music. I believe it is boring and somewhat of a dis to the players and recruits. They are the ones that make all of this possible in the first place. More RAP, R + B, and alternative are MUCH needed. The music huskervision currently plays is VERY BORING and OLD. Thank you for listening!!!!! Matt AndersonFlag

Name: Brad West on Jul 12, 2007Comments: The "Stand up and Shout" PA-system announcement also has to go...it's a pretty lame hair-band sound-bite that seldom motivates one to either stand up or shout. The crowd doesn't need to be told what to do, especially a crowd as educated about football and motivated to support their team as the HUSKERSFlag
