An agreement with Pete E Miller was established on August 10,2011 which was made by Mr. and Mrs. Miller .On that agreement was the following: Paint ALL interior walls,ceilings,closets,cabinets in closets, doors base mold, crown mold and remove all carpet.Out of everything listed above the only things that were left pending due to Mr.Miller not allwoing us to finish was the kitchen and kitchen cabinets.Also the glaze finish in upstairs kids bedroom, upstairs hallway bathroom, and down stairs bathroom paint.Not to mention the items that are not listed in the agreement that Pete made himself was texture,removal of base boards and crown molding, demolished three big book shelfs attached to walls.Also we were made by Mr.Miller to go and haul trash that was left by other employees Not us to the Dallas city dump.To our expense which are rental of trailer, gas from Coppell to Dallas and back , and city dump fees.The workers were working 10-15 hour shifts 7 days a week just to meet his deadline of finishing everything that he requested by August 30,2011.On August 29,2011 Mr.Miller approached us in a bad mood and kicked us out of his home with no explanation and just fired us.The job was completed 97% of the way.At first the employees did not acknoledge Mr.Miller due to the fact that he would always slander the employees by calling them names such as wet backs and also cursed at them.So after I received a call from him which he was letting me know that we were fired and he was not going to pay the remainding charges of over all fees. The claims of Mr.Miller were that we were sloppy and unprofesional.If that was a fact why did Mr.Miller wait until the job was 97% done as for letting us go the first week we started the job.This is to inform you that the matter is unlawful and also unfair not only to me but to my employees that worked very hard and also over looked all the demeaning words that were said to them during those two weeks.So Please I am just asking for what is fair the costs of labor ,employess pay for their job done, and all materials used.
