I would like to petition legal guardianship of my grandson, Cesar Fabian Hurtado, 7 years of age, born on June 30th, 2004. My daughter Laura S. Hurtado is currently on disability by the state due to mental illness. We would like to have guardianship so that we can legally support him and provide medical care for him. Both my daughter and grandson live in my home and I do provide most of their sustainment.
