   Comments: The Irish Government is in serious breach of the EU Court of Human Rights ruling by failing to recognize a woman's right to informed choice in childbirth. I know my body best.     Comments: Government is meant to protect rights - not restrict them. In terms of homebirth, I note that the Government has not put legislation nor criteria in place to govern consultant led-obstetric care. What's the real issue here?

    Comments: Thank goodness I had my children at home before all that MOU nonsense. I hope that my daughters are not penalised for being pregnant and a woman - like the X case; the Magdelene launderies; absurd rapist sentencing... the list goes on.

    Comments: Irish women must have the right to choose homebirth. Parts of the MOU already bar that right for many of us and if this addition happens then it will effectively end the option of homebirth for most women.
