Dear HTC,
We are avid fans of your flagship phone, the HTC One X. But something has happened to disappoint us. You see, your website, Corning's website, and countless of YouTube videos boast about how incredible scratch-resistant the phone's screen is. And yet, our screens have developed scratch(es) on it through normal use.
We wish for you to do something for us as your loyal customers. Replace these seemingly defective phones and this time we will put on a screen protector to be on the safe side because we now know that the screen is not really that scratch-resistant after all! Also, please advise your other customers that they should add on protection to their screens so that everyone can be a happy HTC One X user!
The stories of scratched screens in the comments confirm this is a widespread defect rather than isolated incidents. I am currently compiling these reports to present directly to HTC customer service representatives. Email your local retail manager and demand they acknowledge this flaw to keep the pressure on.

Switching back to galaxy if this isnt resolved. Not buying another flagship that scratches if you look at it wrong.

My screen has way more scratches than it should for such a new phone. I take care of my stuff too. Not cool htc.
