Comments: There have been not so japanese/anime related panels in the past! This is a silly reason to turn the panel down.

Comments: --A friend of mine who was going to be in the panel can no longer possibly be apart of such a fun convention event because the webcomic Homestuck isn't Japanese//anime originated. I must say I personally do not completly agree with the decision to not accept the panel just because of said reason, shouldn't things eb more diverse? Isn't that what conventions are all about: bringing strangers and friends together to meet and enjoy things of common interests. Granted, Hoemstuck is not Japanese-orianted and such, but honestly, a LOT of homestuck fans are also indeed anime and manga fans!!! I can personally say I know and have met quite a few homestuck fans who had just drifted from the Hetalia, My little pony, Avatar and other fandoms, which two of those ARE japanese orinated. So I just hope the panel for you will be reconsidered, even if it is noce again rejected at least you can't say you didn't try and still hang out in your homestuck cosplay anyway.

Comments: We deserve this. We're one of the biggest fandoms and we have a right to a panel too.

Comments: what the actual heck, this is just plain wrong. This is as bad as the harassment homestuck cosplayers have been getting lately. Shame on you.

Comments: The Homestuck fandom is ever expanding. To deny such a large group of attendees a panel that will more than likely make their con experience 100% better is to deny fans a full-convention experience. What is a convention without going to a panel about your favorite show/comic/anime? Not that fun.

Comments: There's more to conventions than just anime and such. Homestuck is a great and very popular comic, and deserves a panel as much as any of the other things or fandoms.

Comments: If they could have a " How to Talk to Girls" panel, they shouldn't be able to say a Homestuck panel isn't anime enough! LET HOMESTUCK HAVE A PANEL! YOLO

Comments: Pony panels, steampunk panels, HOW TO TALK TO GIRL PANELS. Wtf, Those are just as "japanese" as Homestuck. By which I mean, they aren't japanese at all.

Comments: I've spent time and tons of money in making things for my cosplay. And i'm sure many others have as well. It's be very much a shame if we couldn't have a panel.
