Nintendo has a history of denying people the use of their characters, music, etc. Only recently have they opened the opportunity to creators who want to make parodies and spinoffs with their properties. Let's not let this go to waste and have a Super Smash Bros adult game made by Sierra and Nomo of Hreinn Games (creators of Noxian Nights).
