This is a petition for the return of TV horror show host character H.R. Bloodengutz to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios, Orlando. It originally started as a campaign for him to be "elected" as the Icon character for next year's event, but, since it is unknown how far ahead of time the next year's Icon is selected, this petition also covers any and all repeat appearances of our beloved H.R. Bloodengutz!
