Name: Michael Tiffany on Apr 18, 2003State: MOCountry: USComments: Any law that hurts workers, hurts the United States. When are the politicians going to realize that, you cannot have a strong economy with workers being under paid Things are so bad here with corporate greed, that I expect workers to start walking off the job at any time. These employers are about to loose their businesses, because they won't pay a living wage to their employees. Soon no one will want to work for them because of low wages, and they will be put out of business because they want to pay low wages when they can afford to pay better wages. It is a case of not being able to see the trees through the forest. If the government doesn't start helping employees soon, we will be headed down the road to an economic collapse like the great depression of the 1930s.Flag
