End the IRS with the HR25/S 122 Bill To Congress, The latest revelations about IRS targeting of select non-profits are nothing new. Since the inception of the IRS, it has been used as a weapon for partisan political manipulation. Putting an end to the IRS right now is the only way Congress can stop this long-standing abuse. Congress created the income tax and in just the last 11 years, you have made over 5,000 changes! Now, nobody can comprehend the resulting mess. It's time to end the IRS and the income tax code. It's time for a simple, fair and transparent tax system that doesn't pander to special interests. It's time for a simple national sales tax instead: the FairTax. A Congress long before you created this nightmare; now you have an opportunity to fix it. I am asking you to immediately enact HR 25/S 122 and phase out the IRS in its' entirety.
