For months now the 6.2 software update has been enjoyed by millions of DirecTv\'s standard definition Tivo owners. For some reason owners of DirecTv\'s HR10-250\'s have been left in the dark with old antiquated software which is slow and lacks folders and other capabilities that the new software affords the standard definition users. We simply want our expensive hardware purchase and monthly access to HD programming to be rewarded with software befitting the awesome capabilities of our HD Tivo and HD service.
