Mr. Fine,
The residents of Howell Township New Jersey respectfully ask for your intervention along with a Forensic Accountant into the actions of those running the town inclusive of elected, paid & volunteer employees. These so called TRUSTEES operate under cloak and dagger with utter disregard for the residents or the law.
Howell Township has been in the spotlight many times over many years for actions, land deals and fund misappropriation with zero action taken. We, the concerned residents of Howell Township have seen our town sold out from underneath us in one way or another and refuse to take anymore.
Building inspectors across Monmouth County including Howell have been under scrutiny & arrested for taking bribes and for unprofessional conduct. We have seen many land use agreements voided, overturned or just plain tailored to fit the needs of the builders.
We have seen many budgets that as a community been voted down to only get passed at a slightly lower rate by our administrators. Why are our votes consistently overturned Where is all this money going Last year over one million dollars spent on substitute janitors!!!
We kindly ask for your intervention along with a forensic accountant to finally get to the bottom of what is happening & who is doing this to us. We are sure the RICO act can probably be applied to many of those who laid down the foundation the town currently runs on.
