Dear Mr. Anderson, As a Delta customer, I hope and ask that you please address the following issues: - A one way flight should never be more expensive then a return flight that includes that exact same leg as part of the itinerary - The return leg of a flight should not be canceled by the airline when the customer does not board the outbound flight, for any reason - One should not have to pay any additional fees for skipping the outbound leg of a return flight. Most flights are already overbooked, meaning that Delta is making money from both me and an additional person when I do not show up for an outbound flight. Charging me an additional fee to allow me to fly my return flight is unwarranted and abusive.
