Hello I'm a 13-year-old from Dallas Texas named Rush Tucciarone. Since I live in Texas a major border state I've seen many illegal immigrants in the short five years I've been here. And I've seen the adverse effects that can bring on a state or nation as a whole. Now while immigration is a hot button issue these days I will not be "politically correct"I'm going to stand up for what's right and what many people are too afraid to say for fear of judgment in our corrupt society.These are what I believe need to be done with illegal aliens and immigration as a whole.
1.First I believe that when it that when someone comes to live here they should have $1000 per independent and $500 per dependent so that they can sustain themselves for a somewhat decent amount of time. I believe that if they do not have the required money they should be sent back through the border and so they can make that money.So that we do not have more poor people in our country that cannot sustain themselves for large amounts of time. It will also help decrease the amount of people under the poverty line.
2. I believe that if you are caught in our country illegally you will be sent back through the border you came from with only the shirt on your back. This will make it a lot less pleasant for those who break our laws and it will also most likely make many more people not want to come here illegally.
3.Even further if you are caught committing a Federal Crime within the first five years of your citizenship you will no longer be a citizen and will only have a resident card and not be allowed to once more become a citizen.
4.I also believe that every four years we shall vote on requirements for citizenship,worker's visas,and green cards.
I believe that enacting these three laws and regulations will help keep America a nicer,more descent,place for all of it's citizens while keeping our immigration in check.
