The devastating Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Japan and other nuclear plants devastated have told us that the safety is the first to build nuclear power plant.  <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

The nuclear plant accident can cause hugely devastated damage to the health of man-kind, apart from the economical damage. Which is long time lasting heavily harmful environmental pollution and crippled economic development.

Therefore, how to make the nuclear plant safety is the best way to protect the health of mankind.

As a doctor, I can not help but make contribution to prevent health damage of nuclear plants devastating.

So I suggest that the future nuclear plant should be earthquake and tsunami overcomed. That is the future nuclear plant should be built to prevent the earthquake and tsunami.

I ALSO suggest that the future nuclear plant should be built far from sea and populated city.

Further more, we must have the plans and pre-conditions to deal the accident of devastating nuclear plant.

The international co‑operatives are needed to cure and prevent the devastated nuclear plant.
