   Comments: I agree and am in complete support of the above statement. I would also add that waiting times just for someone to answer your calls too need to be addressed. Much as the manner of how to address a customer as well.

   Comments: This has long been a source of frustration. As a London commuter, I leave Hove before the depot opens and arrive home long after it has closed. The queues on Saturday morning are a nightmare. Evening opening (say just up to 7pm) on one weekday would be an enormous help.

   Comments: I start work a 7am and are finished by 3pm, yet I still cannot collect my missed packages for days as I also work Saturdays. The opening hours for Hove sorting office are completely impractical and disappointing.

    Comments: I work as a teacher a few towns away, there is absolutely no way for me to get there during the week. And even when it is open on a saturday the hours are ridiculous!
