Name: Gina Wilson on Aug 5, 2003State: TXCountry: USComments: So I know the office was going for simple but the new logo is downright boring. The colors are too bland and the plane which I have been told is suppose to be an F-18 Hornet, but looks more like a Russian Mig-25. I just think that it could have been a bit more creative. At least it won't be on the front of the jersey.Flag

Name: Ron Snyder on Aug 5, 2003State: IACountry: USComments: It is a shame that a team changes logos because a marketing firm says to just to sell more merchandise. Great teams do not have to do this. Did the Red Wings or the Blackhawks.....Flag

Name: Adam Bojko on Aug 5, 2003State: OHCountry: USComments: To change a logo that was so widely liked and that looked so nice is just wrong. It doesn't help that you picked the absolute worst time possible to change - right after the Aeros win the Cup. Many of the I-6 crowd - the former IHLers - are even more angry at the change, since that logo had IHL roots. I can only hope, Mr. Garrity, that you will reconsider changing the logo and return to the real Houston Aeros logo. It would make many people happy.Flag

Name: Matt Janik on Aug 5, 2003State: CTCountry: USComments: The logo is just ugly, simple as that. It looks more like something I would pull out of my computer's clipart section than something I would expect to find on a hockey jersey... no need to mess with what was one of the best logos in the league.Flag

Name: Mario Runco on Aug 5, 2003State: TXCountry: USComments: The Aeros Bomber logo carried with it a certain tradition, mystic, and lore as derived from its WWII origins, and paid homage to past real American heroes. In this day of increased patriotic awareness it is inappropariate to abandon that hertiage. Besides it looked so much better than that sterile looking jet plane you are attempting to pass off on the fans. You are changing arenas because you have to. You do not have to change your logo as well. Bad move!Flag

Name: Olyn Taylor on Aug 5, 2003State: TXCountry: USComments: It lessens the professional image that a minor league team has to strive for. It looks more like a "Beer League" logo. Even the Austin Ice Bats logolooks more professional.Flag

Name: David Heard on Aug 5, 2003State: TXCountry: USComments: If this logo was the best of what you had I shudder to see what was rejected. MODIFY THE EXISTING LOGO TO REFLECT THE TEN YEARS BUT BRING BACK THE BOMBER> Plus this area is not a NAVY area it a Air Force area and a F-16/F-15 would have been better and more appropriate as OUR TEXAS AIR GUARD protected the President after 9/11Flag

The Aeros logo should look professinal with a bomber not look like a high school logo with a tactical fighting jet!!!Flag

Name: Carroll Walker on Aug 5, 2003State: TXCountry: USComments: I'd rather have the WHA jerseys over these new cheap ugly designed fighter plane jerseys. They suck and I'll never buy anything with that logo on it. The next time you want a new logo, ask the fans. This logo looks cheap. Get the message...CarrollFlag
