    Comments: I joined the said Cooperative House Building Society in 1982 and paid full money at that time for a site measuring 60'x90'. Costs went up and finally opted for 60'x40'. I a ready to pay the balance as I am intending to return to Bangalore. I did put all my PF earned in India. I am prepared to sign and join with you in seeking our share of land. No pint in receiving the amount paid with interest as the current value is hundreds of fold to the value at that time. I suggest that we should approach the Chief Justice of Supreme Court in seeking assistance. Sarma Nimmagadda

In spite of the direction of the courts the above named secretary is refusing to comply with the court directions because he declares he has support from the higher goverment officials and politicians. Intentionally he is refusing to execute a rectification deed in respect of my site.Recently it seems that he has sold the site belonging to me to his own henchmen to create unnecessary harassment to me. The mischief is supported by the president and other office bearers by manupulating the elections.Hence the request the concerned officals to curtail the illegal activities and initiate appropriate action to save the members from any further harassment.

I have paid up the entire amount and am in possession of the sale deed and possession certificate executed in 1997. However, on approval of the layout by the BDA the site nos. got modified and the present secretary, Mr Dayanand refuses to execute the rectification deed for issuance of the khata and is demanding 15-20 lacs for doing the same. I have been running from pillar to post and have placed my petition in JRC since two years and there seems to be no redressal. Now the said secretary has executed another sale deed on the same property which is rightfully mine and has put me into excessive inconvenience as I need to build ahouse there before my retirement and I do not possess any other property.

    Comments: In 1982, I paid the full amount of over Rs 50,000.00 to Vyalikaval Housing Society through Syndicate Bank Staff Union. I received the allotment letter soon after but till date I have not been given possession of any land. I have tried in vain to seek redressal / compensation many times. It was an amount I had borrowed and strived hard to repay.

    Comments: More than two decades back, My Father had invested his hard earned fortune on the Vayalikaval Society after being promised for a 2400sq ft land in the Bannergatta Road. Ten years later we got a little suspicious and contacted then to atleast return back the money. But then, they again duped us telling that we'll be getting the land around Hebbal area. And on this story goes.. Till date we neither got the land we deserved by every right nor we got our money. My father is retiring this year and he seems to be too depressed about this.We have all the documents with us..But we are not sure on how to proceed.. Wish somebody would help us on this regard.

    Comments: Please note I had paid any amount of Rupees 90,000 for purchase of a 50x80' plot on Bannerghatta road in 1985. After much wrangling in 1986 I was registered as a member with Vyalikaval Housebuilding Society and a provisional allotment letter was issued. But todate nothing has progressed, VHBS remains vague in response.
