We, the undersigned, declare the following:

1. A clean and well-maintained hot tub is the only suitable place to spend the winter months.
2. A hot tub (especially when paired with high-quality alcoholic beverages) provides a tremendous service to the community.
3. A hot tub would greatly increase our quality of life.
4. The deck adjoining the residence at 9652 Glendevy Ct. would be the ideal location for a hot tub.
5. This hot must be installed and operational by January 31 in order to provide maximum utility during the winter season.
