I will not patronize your establishments nor will I encourage any of my friends or family to do the same until this problem is corrected. We live in the 21th century, not the 1600's. Get with the program!Flag

Name: Craig N. Setti on Aug 10, 2003State: NJCountry: USComments: To allow the hateful and untruthful claims and demands of a radical sect, in this case the Christian religious right, to dictate your company policy to the point of discriminating against another innocent group that they don't like, namely Pagans/Wiccans, is quite shameful on your part. Until you change your policy, my family and friends will no longer patronize your stores.Flag

Name: Amy Stafford on Aug 10, 2003State: TXCountry: USComments: I've been a loyal Hot Topic customer for 3 years now. I stopped shopping at Gadzooks and Pacific Sunwear because I felt Hot Topic was a much more fun, open-minded place to shop. Now, considering the fact that many of my friends (Pagan, Wiccan, and otherwise) have always shopped at Hot Topic, I will no longer remain a customer with Hot Topic and I know they will not either.Flag

Name: Rhonda Blackmon on Aug 10, 2003State: ALCountry: USComments: Dear Sir or Madam, I am a 33 year old Wiccan and I must admit I was extremely shocked to hear information that Hot Topics stores were choosing not to service the Wiccan or Pagan community I really look forward to going to the mall and making purchases from them and also Spencers. I truly love the faerie line of clothing and products Hot Topics carries. I'm also very glad to see them carry products in sizes for fuller figured people. It is not often that you find muscle shirts or tees that look awesome that heavier set people feel comfortable enough to wear. I very much though would enjoy seeing Hot Topics carry a few more products centered towards Pagan's and Wiccan's. Products maybe with a celestial, dragons, wizards, black cats, pentagrams, the green man, goddesses or cartoon witches themes or even little witchy sayings on them some where along that line A few books, magazines, jewelry and maybe even stationery would be awesome. I feel Hot Topics is a store with a whole lot of pizzazz much like Spencers. They reach out of the realms of the normal hum drum stores and I thought they catered to the unusual I don't think many would object to a store like Hot Topics carrying a few assorted products of this type. Hot Topics's different appeal is actually what caught my attention about the store and it's what made them so special. I must say if Hot Topics has a problem with people or products from alternative lifestyles. I would have never known it. I have never been inside a Hot Topics store where my family and friends or I where not greeted very politely. It's an honorable feeling to walk into a store and be greeted as if your family. That is the feeling I have always gotten whenever I'm shopping there. I sincerely would feel unfortunate and hurt if I find out Hot Topics is just putting up a front with there welcoming attitudes when truthfully they do have issues over people or products for or of alternative life styles and spiritual beliefs. I ask Hot Topics on behalf of all the Wiccan's and Pagan's who did find it a pleasure to patronize your shops to please if this is the case reconsider. Reach out and continue to shine above the normal mainstream. Sincerely, A Hot Topic's customerFlag
