Comments: The Hot Tomato Cafe is one of the cornerstones of the business community in Fruita. I support them staying in their current location. One of the reasons I make the 3 hours drive from Vernal, Utah is to enjoy the small town atmosphere in Fruita. Previously, there have no places to enjoy good food and lively banter like the Hot Tomato. At those times we have continued on to Grand Junction to eat. Thanks.

Comments: I live in Moab and sometimes use the excuse to ride my bike in Fruita so I can visit the Hot Tomato post-ride. In my opinion Fruita will suffer a great loss to the community and the economy if the Hot Tomato closes.

Comments: I love the Hot Tomato! in all honesty, it is the only reason why I go to Fruita. My sister lives in Grand Junction and when I go to visit her, we always make a pit stop there. The best pizza in town!

Comments: The Hot Tomato brings in a lot of people to Downtown Fruita, they have worked very hard to make a successful, business. Making them leave will have a negative impact on the local economy let alone their many loyal customers who will be wary about any future dealings in Fruita.

Comments: The Hot Tomato is my favorite Fruita establishment and one of the best reasons for coming to Fruita. If the Hot Tomato were unable to continue operating, Fruita would lose a signficant amount of its attraction for me.

Comments: The Hot Tomato makes great pizza and is part of the draw for people coming to Fruita from other places and an asset to the local community and its residents. Losing such a thriving local business would be a shame.

Comments: The Hot Tomato has the best pizza in the Grand Valley! I find it unfortunate that the landlords & city counsel take for granted such a wonderful pizza shop & such a asset to Fruita. I will drive from Grand Junction just to get my pizza fix!

Comments: Fruita, Moab, Springdale - I have choices. W/out a solid downtown core and businesses like the Hot Tomato, I can choose an alternate destination, and probably will advise my cycling company clients to do the same. We need a great downtown to make Fruita events worthwhile.
