As you can see in my picture, certain horse toys have penises. I personally believe all toys need to be genetically accurate. Children need to learn, that all animals reproduce and it is a part of nature. If this petition succeeds, I will contact all major horse toy manufacturers and show them that I, Samuel Houston Rhodes, mean business. Please consider the children, thank you for your time.
