Name: Judy Saltz on Aug 25, 2006Comments: When the series first came on I felt my children were too young to watch them. Now, my son has taken MY complete dvd set to college for all his roomates to watch. Everyone I've ever shown them to has loved them. There's so little quality programing on, please, please do the right thing and continue with the series. I've been looking forward to watching Horatio develop. We've all been so fortunate to have Ioan Gruffudd, who was absolutely born for this part, portray Horatio Hornblower. I wish there was something I could say or do to change your mind. Please continue the series to the end. Don't be short sighted. You have a great opportunity for a classic series. In the long run you will prosper. It will be something my grandchildren will watch someday. Thank you for your consideration.Flag

Name: Brian Cook on Sep 13, 2006Comments: I found this to be a fantastic and highly unique series, and I sure would like to see more of it. I also enjoyed the Sharpes series (starring Sean Bean). Though it may be difficult to create additional episodes to these two series, I would be happy to see more video media on the napoleonic era.Flag

Name: William Jorns on Oct 3, 2006Comments: Yes, please give us more Hornblower stories. I've been a Hornblower fan since I was in high school, and I just love your adaptations of C.S. Forester's books. I would really like to see the storyline continue, as you're only up to events in "Hornblower and the Hotspur." There's so much more stories left to adapt, it'd be a shame to stop at this point!Flag

Name: Clint Bruce on Oct 10, 2006Comments: It is a real shame that 'A&E' has forgotten its roots and what "Arts and Entertainment" is all about. They used to be the commercial PBS and had class. It used to be my favorite network but I rarely watch it now that it has gone to the "dogs". Bring back quality programs like "Hornblower' and 'Pride and Prejudice'.Flag

Name: Charles Crawley on Dec 10, 2006Comments: Remember Paramount's decision to scuttle the original Star Trek series in the 60's...justified by faulty market research. The "experts" killed the most successful series of the television era. History records it as an absurd mistake, fueled by ego and incompetence. Don't repeat their error!!!Flag
