The benefits of the "HOPE HOUSING" is for Single Parents, Single Mothers and Single Fathers across the New Jersey. H.H. is dedicated to the purpose of and also we'll be supplying residents with information and detailed directions on how to receive and apply for Financial Aid, Get Legal Advice and many other Services for Single Parents. H.H. efforts on behalf of its members, staff and third party affiliates is to bring information about Specialized Resources including, but not limited too, medical insurance discounts, financial aid, government grants, discount benefits from Groceries to Clothing Departments; as well as, further education financial benefits, and serve as an industry forum for information and resources for Single Parents across New Jersey.

THIS IS A 2 PART PROJECT

A) HOPE OFFICE COMPLEX (THIS IS GOING TO A 1 STOP BUSINESS/GOV. & ETC. SERVICE LOCATION DEALING WORLD WIDE TO EMPOWER INNER CITIES AND LOW INCOME AREAS!

 B) HOPE APTS. (301 W. STATE ST. CURRENTLY OWN BY THE CITY) THIS IS COMPLEX WILL OFFER TO ITS RESIDENTS FREE LAUNDRY ROOM, FREE CHILDCARE & AFTER SCHOOL & CAMP, ADULT GED CLASSES, PARENTING, JOB TRAINING, TRANSPORTATION TO APPOINTS/DOCTORS/GROCERY STORE AND OTHER PLACES, 24/7 WALKING MONITORING GUARDS (AT LEAST 3 ROTATING) BUZZ IN MAIN DOOR WITH GUARD SHACK IN THE FROM AREA TO SIGN IN ALL GUEST! CAMERAS IN ALL HALLWAYS AND OUTSIDE AREA (SAFETY NOT TO INVADE UR AREA) AND SO MUCH MORE WAIT TILL U SEE THE PROPOSAL IM SEEKING THE CITY FOR THE OBTAINMENT OF THIS LOCATION!

I WOULD REALLY LIKE FOR EVERYONE TO PASS THIS ROUND TO ALL OF THE CITY FRIENDS THAT ARE HERE ON FACEBOOK AND I ALSO WILL BE OUT IN THE STREETS WITH THE "HOPE TEAM" WORKING ON WHAT WE CALL "OPERATION HOPE FOR THE CITY" (HELPING OUR PEOPLE ELEVATE)!

PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE MANY INVESTOR AND SPONSORS ON MY SIDE IF I CAN SECURE THIS LOCATION. WELL AS NASA YOUTH SPACE PROGRAMS, X-GAMES & THE URBAN LEAGUE AND MANY OTHERS IS WILLING TO ALSO SECURE PROGRAMS IN THE CITY FOR THE YOUTHS...THESE ARE BILLION DOLLAR COMPANIES.

IM ALSO, GOING TO REACH OUT THE MAYORS OF THE STATE WELL AS THE GOVERNOR IN A JOINT EFFORT OF SUPPORT ON BRING THIS PROJECT TO LIFE. IT WILL BE CITY OF TRENTON BASED BUT OPEN TO FAMILIES ACROSS THE STATE.

ALSO IN THE COMING WEEKS I WILL BE DOING A PRESS CONFERENCE AT THE LOCATION. AND IM ALSO GOING TO REACH OUT TO ALL LOCAL BUSINESSES, MINOR SPORT TEAMS & MANY OTHERS.
