Hoover Square has the potential of making $180,000 per month. We the tenants feel there is no financial reason they cannot have the pool open, security doors operating correctly, walkways safe and even, laundry facilities functional, and maintenance requests completed in a timely manner so the tenants are not fixing issues within their units/apartments, along with other issues brought to management's attention on numerous occasions. The failure or refusal to correct these actions must begin and be corrected immediately. We, the tenants, have waited many years in excess, for some residents, 10+ years. This refusal/failure within management has to stop, and stop now.
