   Comments: My band 'The Future Shape Of Sound' have played this great venue several times to friendly, fun loving, well behaved crowds and look forward to doing so again. We have played many big name London venues including The 100 Club, The Marquee, Jazz Cafe etc and none are better run than the Hootananny. It simply cannot close.

    Comments: The Hootananny is one of the best places to go out late at night in Brixton - it attracts both locals and people who come down for specific nights there. Not allowing entry after 11pm would ruin what the Hootananny is, turning it into a pub and no longer a good music venue. Also, where would all the reprobates go?

    Comments: Hootananny is a great establishment to have in the area and it provides a fantastic outlet for artists and the public to share a wonderful array of culture alongside a great diversity of people. Denying entrance after 11pm is an excessive measure considering the liberties awarded to similar venues, especially when there is a large outdoor area immediately infront of teh building.

    Comments: Hootananny is an asset to the local community and provies an important outlet for artists and the public to share and enjoy a great range of culture alongside a diversity of people. Considering the liberties awarded to other such establishments, it is excessive to deny entrance after 11pm, especially given that there is a large outdoor area immediately infront of the building.
