I think there should be a new law, banning the wearing of the popular "hoodies" in public areas, such as town centres, shopping centres, parks and play areas etc. People that wear them with the hoods up have abviously got something to hide, the only reason they are worn this way is to hide the identity of the person wearing them. If they were outlawed, then maybe it would be a bit easier to identify criminals?
