| 870 | Dale Lanham | Senators, you have a responsibility to the country and troops to do the "right thing" this time and listen to those veterans from other wars, and the honorably discharged veterans from our current war. They speak in unison and say "NEVER AGAIN".
“Never again will one generation of veterans abandon another.”
There are consequences to your actions, let them be the right and honorable actions that you take. |

| 875 | Ginger Crane | My oldest son has been deployed 5 times. My middle son is in the Medical Army Reserve. My youngest son planned to make a career of the Army but suffered many permanent injuries in Iraq and was medically discharged. He has felt used up and thrown out, without even a formal Thank You even though he has permanent life injuries from three seperate incidents where he was keeping his team of men safe. Slow but progressing VA help and a family living below the poverty level. My husband is a Viet Nam vet and my father was an Army Lt. in WWII. All willingly giving of themselves for this wonderful country we live in. |

| 889 | Julieann Najar | heard Kearey in 1971 and was shocked and amazed at such out and out lies. .and that every time their was a newsreel ,Kearey was in most of what I saw. and yet none of my friends. (over 300) and brother were ever in it. go figure. |
| 890 | Judith Dennard Lyman | Congress: For once do the honorable thing!!! |
| 891 | Glenn Palmer | The disgraceful treatment that I received from this nation when I returned from Vietnam was more emotionally disturbing to me that the previous two years that I had spent in a war trying to preserve freedom. That should NEVER AGAIN be allowed to happen. |

| 895 | Ralph Sharpe Jr | I talked with my daughter, who just returned from Iraq. She told me that only the personel that did not like the military were the ones against the war. Everyone else were backers. Again, it comes down to personal preferrence-rather than what is needed for the defense of our country. |
| 896 | Peggy Conklin | As with any testimony, accompanying evidence such as documents need to be entered into the record as proof that the incident occured. this is common sense. Please use common sense and don't allow testimony that does not have proof it is true. |

| 899 | Sam Carroll | Our government , with the house of Senate and Representatives, concurring , sent our armed forces into this war in Irag and Afganistan. Now let's see if this same group of politicians can do the honorable thing and stand by those who protect us, some making the ultimate sacrafice. Stand up America! |
