I would suggest that the government engages with the many low standard hotels and establishments that give Malta such a bad name with their bad service, poor facilities and untrained staff. There is ample opportunity for would be developers to work with the existing infrastructure to renovate/redevelop in partnership with existing entrepreneurs' rather than the parochial mentality of cutthroat competition. |
