During the year I either live in my home as a primary residence or use it as a second home.
I currently rent or plan on renting my home on a short term basis during part of the year.
If the County passes an ordinance that restricts or bans my ability to rent on a short term basis I do not have any intentions on making my home a long term rental

Reaching this level of support shows how many of us are worried about our property rights in the county. It is exhausting to fight for the ability to use our own homes this way but seeing the growing list of names keeps me moving forward.

LEAVE OUR PROPERTY RIGHTS ALONE!!
total nonsense. my house my rules.
Every time I visit the county is trying to micromanage us. I will never rent long term. It stays closed before I do that.
Too many rules already. Fix the roads instead of telling us who can stay in our guest houses
its my property i paid for it not the county. if i cant rent it short term then it stays empty. simple as that.

Seriously? We need this income to pay our property taxes. Renting long term is just not an option for me.
