This petition is to get homeless people some cartoon blankets to release there inner child. If homeless people had cartoon blankets they would probably be happier and more people would talk to them. Especially children would not be afraid and maybe homeless people would be less dangerious from the look of a nice mickey mouse blanket perhaps. Cartoons are more or less your inner childs workings of whats fun. Homeless people would also be much less sad to look at if they had mickey mouse blankets.
