The Holly Glen Home Owners Association has taken liberties with their position to spend the home owners dues without obtaining the 2/3rd vote required. This Petition concerns the new addition to the Pool amendities, which the HOA Board has already submitted a design to the Holly Springs Town Council for approval (See the link to the right. The proposal number is: 09-SEU-04). The HOA board and/or Pool committee should not decide on major facilities without properly presenting a chance for the homeowners to review and vote. If you feel the board should obtain multiple designs and then provide a chance for the homeowners to review the designs, ask questions, and actually vote, please sign this petition and let your neighbors know.
