The news of CBS picking up NCIS: Los Angeles for its first season was soon followed by the fact that Lousie Lombard wouldn't be part of the ensemble any longer. Looking back at the spin off episodes of NCIS on JAG all those years ago, oyu might remember there was someone called Vivian Blackadder who didn't make it to NCIS itself but got substituted by Kate Todd instead. Ever since Hollis Mann was so lamely written out of NCIS, fans are waiting for her to return. From what we know about her she should be tired of doing nothing on Lanai by now. She has a history in investigating due to her work for Army CID. Other than that we don't have any insight on her past, so why not add some undercover missions. With that little detail added, she'd surely have the experience to lead the undercover division of NCIS. As a little side-effect there'd be plenty of opportunities for crossovers and to get Gibbs and Mann finally back together. If you are just as eager to see Hollis Mann return to your screen, even though "just" in the spin off, sign this petition now.
