| 161 | Emily | Paris needs to realize that she made a mistake and will have to pay for it. She is human and certainly not above the law. GROW UP. |
| 162 | Anonymous | If it was anyone else you know they'd do the time. She is not above the law. She needs to be taught a lesson cause next time she just might land up killing an innocent person while under the influence. |

| 168 | Anonymous | Governor Schwarzenegger,
Ms Hilton deserves what the average person gets who has broken the law in the same manner that she has. No more and no less. Her celebrity status should play no part in it. |
| 169 | Miryana Knezevic | Its Fair Mr Govenor. She did have a chance, but she Done it again. she went behind the wheel not once but TWICE. This is disrespect to the law and the state of california. and definelty disrespect to you as the govenor of california. PLease no pardon. thankyou. |

| 172 | Deborah | It's pathetic that people with common sense have to be bothered with signing a petition to make sure the judge upholds her sentence to serve the measly 45 she was given. However, knowing how many idiotic people in this world will sign the other petition begging you to intervene on her behalf....I've just wasted a minute of my time to do so. |

| 179 | Anonymous | My little brother got sentenced to 90 days for kicking in a door, and he was a first time offender. Tell me that's fair. He did his time and payed restitution. She thinks that violating her probation is no big deal, but she could have killed someone that night when she was pulled over for speeding with her headlights off! She needs to be held accountable for her repeated misdeeds and I also think she and other DUI offenders should be required to go to the scene of a DUI related accident and find out what drinking and driving looks like from the innocent victims point of view. |

| 182 | Jennifer | A drunk driver killeed me best friend, she she harmed no one this time, but next time, the next time, or the next time, someone could get hurt. She should serve the time, because she did the crime. |

| 185 | Norene Yarbrough | I like Paris and everything,I feel sorry for her,but I do believe she should be punished just like anyone else. Sorry,Paris,if you are reading this, nothing personal, but if you don't want to go to jail, you should never have broken the law to begin with.
Just get it over with and go. Maybe next time you will think.

| 186 | Hila Solomon | Paris Hilton is not any better than any other citizen in California. Just because she has money and an ego the size of the world should not allow her to do whatever she wants. She could've killed someone because she was having a good time. She broke the law not once, not twice, but three times. She deserves to go to jail and to serve time jsut like everybody else. Her parents' money does not make her untouchable. If she is let off the hook, she will just repeat her offenses that evidently, will not have any consequences. |
| 187 | Anonymous | I wonder if she will do a simple life in jail... |
| 188 | avi amitai | yea jail for a lil or ill keep her in my crib ill take care treat her good then let her go or stay here |
| 189 | Katharine Darlington | Uphold the law. Please. |

| 191 | abbe | Giving her a pardon would deplete you of all credibility. Her status as useless celebrity should not afford her a pardon. |
| 192 | Anonymous | If this was any other normal citizen in question and they committed the THREE crimes that Miss Hilton committed they would receive severe punishment. The fact that she could get out of this honorable sentence makes me want to move to Canada. And for the record Paris doesn’t give hope to Americans, or entertain our dull lives, she actually makes us slap our heads in disgust. The only thing that would give hope to Americans would be to see that our justice system work and can’t be bought by a celebrities fame. |

| 194 | Roxanne H. | If you do the crime then you should do the time and there should be no if's ands or but's. Lots of people do this every samething all the time and they are punished for it, therefore she should be no different. |
| 195 | Jack | Drunk driving, she deserves it. |
| 196 | Anne Holloway | She has to be held accountable, she's a menace to society. |
