This week at St. Francis Xavier Catholic High School, a young lady was subjected to verbal and personal attack for questioning, the statements made by her 8th grade social sciences instructor that, "All Americans are the real terrorist, for they dropped the atomic bomb on Japan". Not content with the abuse of this persons power as an instructor in this manner, the instructor then condoned the bulling of this young American girl to punish her for expressing her opinion. The intent of this petition is to public shame the instructors and directors of the institution for not protecting the young persons rights, to have the actual instructor named, and officially admonished for unprofessional behavior and charged with a HATE crime. An official apology be given to Mrs Christie Yale and her daughter Addison. Lastly that Addison be allowed to attend a class with an instructor that is not handicapped by their personal biases.
