Comments: I feel that since the school is the one responsible for the mistake; they should be financially liable. If the students had falsified documentation, lied or misrepresented information then the students should be responsible. However, it is the school that is a fault in this situation.

Comments: This is ridiculous. The federal government approved the SARS, the schools released the finances which in turn was paid back to the school for books and tutition and now they are asking for money they have already received?????

Comments: I dont go to FSCJ but the situation they are putting these students in are real ridiculous the studnets should not have to pay for a mess up they did not cause. It is up to the school to step up and take responsobilty because it is their fault.

Comments: The school is the responsible party for this happening to the students and they ( school) need to be held responsible. It is just like a negligent doctor in this case the school was negligent and need to be held responsible for the money owed not the students

Comments: Being a single mother and trying to come up with the money I owe to be able is not easy. But to live the life I want I have to get back in school even if that means I have to pay for someone else's mistake and also for recieving false(inaccurate) information!

Comments: I received a letter in the mail today starting that I owe FSCJ over $3,000. Fscj dropped the ball on there end. The proper amount of training & educating was clearly not done what so ever. This is not right at all.

Comments: I am very angry because its like no one cares and it was really not our fault. FSCJ has never showed compassion and now i cant even attend classes and i only have a few classes to get my bachelors. They are holding my transcripts, so therefore i can't even transfer my credits to another college. Something has to be done about this.
